The entire production process, from the initial processing of the raw materials to the finished goods packaging is centralized here. This includes the knitting and tooling stages, followed by shaping, cleaning, purifying and coating of the materials.
Quality assurance procedures are rigorously conducted at each step of the manufacturing process.

Bio-mechanical validation is carried out by independant certified laboratories which guarantee the operational efficiency of EOS implants.
Production facilities has been certified ISO 13485 (2001) since 2000.
